Summary The Senior CRM Marketing Manager will lead the execution of multi‑channel campaigns that drive engagement, adoption and revenue growth across the entire customer journey. You’ll work cross‑functionally with marketing, sales and customer success teams worldwide. This role brings the lifecycle marketing perspective to campaigns across the globe, ensuring we form meaningful connections with our customers internationally. Responsibilities Design and implement multi‑channel campaigns to engage prospects and customers across all stages of their journey. Work cross‑functionally with project teams, marketing peers, sales and other internal partners to set up and execute various campaigns. Monitor campaign performance and customer behavior to evaluate effectiveness, refine strategies and report on ROI and key lifecycle KPIs (onboarding, activation, cross‑sell, engagement, retention, expansion). Provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and improve conversion rates. Partner closely with Marketing, Product, Sales and Customer Success to align on strategies, product positioning, feature launches and overall customer experience across the entire lifecycle. Serve as a champion of operational excellence—track SLAs and ensure efficiencies in campaign delivery. Participate in ad‑hoc projects and initiatives as part of strike teams to support the business with new initiatives as we continue to scale. Qualifications 7 years of experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing within B2B SaaS or technology sectors. Deep understanding of integrated B2B CRM marketing strategies across various customer segments. Strong project management skills—able to coordinate a varied workload with multiple deadlines and stakeholders. Proven track record of working with a regional or global scope within a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights and apply them to optimize marketing initiatives. Hands‑on experience with marketing automation platforms, particularly HubSpot and Braze. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams in a fully remote environment. Experience managing or contributing to large‑scale projects involving cross‑functional teams across different cultures and time zones. Demonstrates a growth mindset, intellectual curiosity and the ability to thrive in situations with limited structure or clarity.
