Even if you don't meet every point below, but you feel that this role and AWE are a great fit for you, please go ahead and apply, we'd love to receive your application.
Whilst not to be considered a tick list, we'd like you to have experience in some of the following:
- Delivery of the quality service order book in relevant business area and responding positively to changing operational circumstance through flexibility and agility.
- Identification, analysis, and interpretation of data to identify and support improvement opportunities.
- Ensure appropriate systems are in place to achieve an effective and efficient quality service.
- In collaboration with Quality Profession Lead, ensure that all deployed resources are proficient, managed and provided in a timely manner and in accordance with customer requirements.
- Ensuring the team being led has clarity on the expectations on them, they are being managed to deliver against these expectations and that they are engaged and motivated, which may require collaboration with Task Managers for some of the team.
- Track and monitor trends, events and activities reporting performance at an agreed frequency and at an appropriate forum.
- Consistently demonstrating positive behaviours in line with the company's environmental, sustainability, safety, health, security, quality and ethics standards.
- The Company may require you to fulfil any other reasonable duties aligned to your position from time to time in line with business needs.

You'll need to have the ability to work calmly and constructively in a priority changing environment and be able to manage your own workload. You will also have initiative, enthusiasm, a flexible approach, and ability to work to tight deadlines.
Some reasons we think you'll love it here:
AWE has wide range of benefits to suit you. These include:
- 9-day working fortnight - meaning you get every other Friday off work.
