K3 Capital Group – Credit Controller We are looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join our team on a full‑time, permanent basis at our head office in Bolton, UK. Key Responsibilities Proactively manage the Quantuma ledger across multiple offices in the UK and overseas. Update Iplicit with notes of all correspondence to/from clients. Allocate payments received. Share responsibility of managing the credit control inbox (email). Conduct weekly debtors meetings with the Credit Control Manager and circulate reports to the wider business. Escalate problematic issues to the Credit Control Manager. Communicate with other offices to resolve delays in customer invoices promptly. Build relationships with customers to ensure smooth running of accounts. Liaise with external debt collection agencies regarding outsourcing of non‑paying accounts. Desired Experience Minimum 2 years experience within a credit control/debt collection role. Experience using Microsoft Teams and Outlook (advantageous). Good written and verbal communication skills. Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot tables). Strong organisational skills, ability to multitask and prioritise. Benefits Monday to Friday 8:30 am – 5 pm. Salary: £30 000 – £32 000. One day hybrid. Permanent contract. 26 days holiday + 1 Celebration Day. Pension scheme – 4% employer contribution. Death in Service – 4× salary. Cashback plan (Health & Welfare).
