HOUSEKEEPING The Housekeeping team ensures every guest has an exceptional experience by maintaining impeccable cleanliness and presentation in guest rooms and public areas. Salary The on‑target earning potential for this role is a £26,353.60 annual salary, comprising a base salary of £25,396.80 supplemented by an estimated £956.80 in gratuities per annum, ensuring a rewarding compensation package. About The Role This role is ideal for anyone with a background of working in a highly physical environment, e.g. Hospital Porter, Warehouse Operative, Manual Labourer, or a Stores Person / Stockroom Assistant. Duties of the job include but are not limited to: Maintaining quality standards of linen Ensuring all used linen has been collected Ensuring all departments have the requested linen on a daily basis To check that the corridors and service rooms are clean and tidy Keep corridors free from linen, linen bags and linen skips Ensure fantastic customer service when in contact with guests around the resort Ensure the equipment rooms are at the standard set out by the House keeping management team Refill room condiments / room trollies at the end of the day Record linen in / out of the rooms allocated Be able to manage your time effectively Keep on top of the upkeep of the public areas throughout the Resort To keep on top of any administration relevant to the position and handed to the team leader on duty To attend all housekeeping team meetings You will be required to work weekends Belfry Benefits Learning & Development We inspire and develop our team through on‑the‑job coaching & mentoring, in‑house training and provide access to our online learning platform, The Belfry Campus.
