About The Young Greenwich Service Young Greenwich is a new integrated programme commissioned by the Royal Borough of Greenwich. The programme is led by Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust and delivered with partners Charlton Athletic Community Trust (CACT) and METRO, forming the Young Greenwich Partnership. The service delivers seamlessly in and out of schools, youth hubs and other community venues, creating strong pathways for pupils and community participation. Responsibilities As a Staff Nurse, responsibilities include: Deliver aspects of the Healthy Child Programme to children and young people aged 5‑19. Improve and promote the health of all children and young people in Greenwich. Support children and young people to realise their potential in health, education / training, and community contribution. Model community health across schools and collaborate with Health Advisors to develop parenting support. Utilise safeguarding knowledge, team‑working, and IT skills to provide high quality care. Qualifications Registered nurse with a working knowledge of safeguarding. Excellent communication skills and a forward‑thinking approach to new ways of working. Team‑working and excellent IT skills. Current driving licence and access to a car for work.
