We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Phototherapy Nurse to join our Dermatology team at Health Harmonie. You will play a key role in delivering safe and effective phototherapy treatments to patients with a range of dermatological conditions, including psoriasis, eczema, vitiligo, and other chronic skin disorders. Responsibilities Administer phototherapy treatments in accordance with clinical protocols. Monitor patients during and after treatment for adverse reactions and ensure safety procedures are followed. Educate patients on treatment plans, skin care, and phototherapy risks and benefits. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic health systems. Collaborate with dermatologists, consultants, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care. Participate in audits, quality improvement initiatives, and training sessions. Ensure all equipment is maintained and calibrated according to safety standards. Person Specification Experience Previous experience in dermatology or phototherapy is essential. Experience using Daavlin, Waldmann, or similar phototherapy units. Familiarity with EMIS or similar electronic patient record systems. Qualifications Registered Nurse (NMC registration required). Knowledge of skin conditions and their management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Commitment to patient safety and confidentiality.
