We’re looking for a HR Insights Specialist to join us on our journey to transform how we deliver People Insights across BSI. In this pivotal role, you’ll create actionable insights, analysis and dashboards for our Global Functions and Business Divisions. You’ll partner with stakeholders from across the organisation to uncover the trends and intelligence we need to deliver on our strategic goals. This is a truly varied role – part data deep-dive, part stakeholder engagement, with opportunities to contribute to research initiatives and focus groups. Key Responsibilities Interrogate people data to generate insights on key topics including Employee Engagement, programme effectiveness and Talent Management. Deliver a range of research and analytical projects, using both quantitative and qualitative methods. Design, build and support the testing of Workday and other People Systems reports. Balance planned analytical work with reactive requests and project activity. Respond to ad-hoc analytics requests while maintaining efficiency, scalability, and high‑quality outputs. What we’re looking for Demonstrated experience in exploring data sets and presenting meaningful insights. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to build strong working relationships. A curious, analytical thinker with a passion for problem‑solving and continuous learning. Experience with Workday or Power BI is desirable.
