Your Key Responsibilities Essential Clinical Care: Confidently manage and support essential clinical tasks, including: Tracheostomy Care Oxygen Therapy Medication Administration Person-Centred Support: Provide comprehensive personal care and mobility support. Emotional Well-being: Promote comfort, calm, and positive interaction, helping the client stay safe, happy, and healthy. What We Need From You Essential Experience: Prior, demonstrable experience in complex care, specifically with Tracheostomy, Oxygen Therapy, and Medication Administration. Approach: A calm, reliable, and emotionally intuitive approach—someone who is gentle and takes time to understand the client.
