As a Senior Social Worker in our permanent Court Team, you will: Hold and manage care proceedings from start to final hearing and permanency planning. Deliver exceptional quality assessments and case management, using evidence-based approaches. Work in a team with manageable caseloads, reflective supervision and a strong team culture. Support and mentor newly qualified social workers and students. Be part of a city-wide transformation focused on better outcomes for children and families. Qualifications & Experience Social Work England registration and a recognised Social Work qualification. Significant experience in safeguarding and the family court arena. Excellent knowledge of relevant legislation, including Working Together to Safeguard Children. Confidence to complete high-quality assessments and evidence-based reports in a timely manner. A child-centred, restorative approach, working collaboratively with families and partners.
