Join to apply for the Guest Relations Manager role at Park Plaza. As the friendly face at Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London Hotel, you will do more than just welcome guests. You will ensure the service provided by the guest relations team exceeds the normal guest experience, maintain and strengthen relationships between the hotel and VIPs and regular guests, and help guests resolve any issues that may arise. Liaise with relevant Front of House teams to ensure guest satisfaction, colleague satisfaction, financial goals and responsible business targets are met. Play a hands‑on role leading by example, and take opportunities to motivate, train and inspire the Guest Relations team members. Proficient with Microsoft Office and excellent knowledge of Opera. Qualifications Previous experience as a Guest Relations Manager or Duty Manager in a hotel is required, with strong communication skills and a passion for hospitality.
