You’ll lead projects that design and manufacture turbine components, develop novel manufacturing techniques, and drive cost reduction and yield improvement. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll: Translate customer requirements into robust manufacturing methods. Manage technical packages, planning, risk, and cost. Collaborate with designers, researchers, and operations teams. Ensure validation, compliance, and continuous improvement. 🧠 What You’ll Bring Degree qualified or has equivalent technical experience. Skilled in manufacturing and component engineering principles. Experienced in investment casting and/or machining of turbine components. Proficient in CAD, CAM, tooling design, and inspection methods. A proactive team player with strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
