You will work closely with our industrial design, AI, and software development teams to identify and protect valuable intellectual property assets. You will also assist with standard-essential patent (SEP) licensing negotiations, in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external counsel. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing design protection, managing patent prosecution with external counsel, and handling trademark, copyright, data, and other IP and technology enforcement and licensing matters across the UK, Europe and other relevant jurisdictions.
