IP LEGAL COUNSEL - GLOBAL CREATIVE BRANDOur client wishes to hire a talented IP Litigator to join a world-leading creative brand loved by millions worldwide. This is a pivotal new role at the heart of the Legal team, protecting the characters, designs, and reputation that drive our client's success.What you’ll do:Work with the Senior IP Counsel and IP Counsel APAC to protect the master brand and the product designs globallyWork on IP litigation in UK, EU, cease and desists, settlements and proceedings.Work with the Brand Protection Manager on legal solutions to counterfeits online and offline including managing the performance of the service providers for online takedowns and the relationships with marketplaces.Work with the IP Legal team members responsible for the IP portfolio to ensure that our protection and enforcement work together.Work with external counsel to build strong cases backed by evidenceAbout you:Qualified solicitor, indicatively with 4-10 years’ PQE, with solid IP Litigation experience — law firm, trademark practice, or in-houseConfident in contentious IP, evidence gathering and complex case managementOrganised, collaborative, pragmatic, with a keen eye for detail — able to translate IP law into commercial solutionsInterested in digital IP protection trends and emerging enforcement techRelevant experience in consumer/luxury brands will be a big advantageThis is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing, design-led global brand where IP protection directly shapes the future of the business.
