OverviewContract Planning & Resource Manager£35,072 - £36,918 per annumLocation, Yorkshire, with travel needed and expected.The WEA is the UK’s largest voluntary sector provider of adult education, a charity dedicated to bringing high quality, professional education into the heart of communities.We are looking for talented individuals to help us deliver our mission – to bring lifelong learning within reach fighting inequality and promoting social justice.ResponsibilitiesAs a Contract Planning & Resource Manager, you will be the operational engine behind translating the contract into a delivery plan.Reporting to the Head of Contract Performance & Relationships, this role is responsible for the end-to-end planning, resource allocation, and in-year management of the contract timetable.The successful applicant will also improve the effectiveness, efficiency and quality of the processes, services and communication to all stakeholders, instilling planning & scheduling methodology, venue maximisation and full tutor utilisation in order to deliver our strategy. You will be expected to travel within the full contract areas, with occasional wider travel.
