This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental (QHSE / SHEQ), particularly within Food, Beverage, or Pharmaceutical ManufacturingKey ResponsibilitiesHealth, Safety & Environment (HSE):Conduct and review risk assessments, COSHH assessments, and HAZOP studiesLead and support incident investigations, near-miss reporting, and root cause analysisManage and resolve non-conformances and implement corrective actionsPromote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with ISO 45001Quality Assurance:Lead and support quality investigations, CAPA processes, and internal auditsAssist with ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 certification and surveillance auditsDrive continuous improvement and quality control initiativesSupport document control, SOP reviews, and compliance monitoringLeadership & Collaboration:Deputise for the HSEQ Manager when requiredCollaborate with the Lab Lead and Lab Analyst to uphold QHSE standardsLiaise with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on QHSE objectivesRequirementsProven experience in Quality and Health & Safety rolesStrong working knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 45001Experience in food, beverage, lab, chemical, pharmaceutical, or similar technical environmentsFamiliarity with COSHH, HAZOP, and risk management frameworksHands-on experience with non-conformance handling, incident investigations, and audit preparationMust hold a valid driving licenceDesirable (GTH):Experience in manufacturing or production environmentsISO 9001 Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor qualificationKnowledge of SHEQ systems, compliance reporting, and EHS software toolsWhy Join Us?This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking company where safety, quality, and compliance are central to operations.
