You will be responsible for deploying, maintaining, and supporting hybrid IT infrastructure across our global operations.The role requires strong technical knowledge of core infrastructure technologies, solid troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with colleagues and partners across multiple regions.WHAT YOU’LL DO:Infrastructure Support & Deployment: Install, configure, and support servers, storage, cloud solutions, and network devices to ensure reliability, scalability, and security across a global IT environment.Systems Administration: Manage and maintain servers, cloud platforms, workstations, and mobile devices. Apply updates, patches, and configuration standards consistently worldwide.Incident Response: Assist in responding to infrastructure issues and system outages. Work with global IT teams and external partners to diagnose problems, mitigate impact, and restore services.End User Compute Management: Support device management platforms (Intune, Mosyle, JAMF). Apply policies, deploy software, and maintain a secure and stable end-user environment.Capacity & Performance Monitoring: Monitor utilisation of servers, storage, and networks across global sites and provide recommendations for optimisation.Deployments: Support branch office and technical rollouts, including hardware installations and infrastructure configuration.IT Project Team: Be a key contributor to our global transformation initiatives such as system migrations and consolidations, network hardware refreshes, and core infrastructure upgrades.ABOUT YOU:5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure support or administration.Experience working within global IT environments.Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and teamwork abilities, comfortable collaborating across different regions and time zones.Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.Industry and vendor certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, ITIL) are desirable.KEY SKILLS:Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure services.Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and core services (DNS, DHCP).Exposure to Google Workspace, VMware, Nutanix, Hyper-V, or similar virtualisation platforms.Strong understanding of networking technologies (switching, routing, Meraki firewalls).Familiarity with mobile device management tools (Intune, Mosyle, JAMF).Basic scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell) for automation and administration.Experience with support and implementation of backup, disaster recovery, and systems monitoring tools.WHAT YOU’LL GETFor the right candidate, we will offer a competitive salary and benefits package which includes 27 days annual holiday, private healthcare, employer contributory pension, life assurance and income protection.ABOUT M+C SAATCHI GROUPM+C Saatchi Group has pledged its commitment to create a company that values difference, with an inclusive culture.
