As Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in connecting the dots between our Product, Data, and Partnership functions. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to coordinate planning, ensure clear and proactive communication, and deliver a seamless partner onboarding and experience as they integrate Travalyst solutions across two core areas:The Travalyst Partner Network: ensuring alignment, proactive communication and collaborative engagement across organisations as they participate in product-related planning and initiatives.The SustainabilityData Hub and other Travalyst industry solutions: onboarding, supporting and guiding partners as they adopt and integrate our solutions, driving towards measurable impact.Your work will help ensure that Travalyst industry stakeholders and partners experience a professional, values-led, and collaborative engagement process that reflects Travalyst’s mission and global credibility.Contract TypePermanent, full-time -starting March 2026 or before.Application DeadlinePlease submit your application no later than 27December 2025.Key Responsibilities1. Partner Relationship ManagementAct as a “first point of contact” for Travalyst partners on solutions and product-related matters, including exploring shared opportunities across product roadmaps.Own and manage the product@travalyst.org email domain.Coordinate working groups (and possibly execute), partner calls, and product demonstrations to ensure consistent communication and shared understanding.Manage and support preparation of meeting materials, agendas, and summary notes, ensuring clear follow-up actions and accountability.Systematically collect, organise and share partner feedback and insights to inform ongoing product development and initiative planning.2. Data Hub & Partner EngagementSupport partner onboarding as their organisations adopt and integrate Travalyst solutions e.g. onboarding data contributors and distributors to the Data Hub platform.Coordinate completion of key onboarding steps, including acquiring licence agreements (with compliance team), data-sharing documentation (with product and tech teams), and related workflows.Liaise with product and technical teams to facilitate data mapping, clarify requirements and troubleshoot any onboarding issues.Track, manage and optimise onboarding progress and maintain accurate stakeholder records and databases.Work with partners and the product team to monitor and communicate the global impact generated by these solutions.3. Continuous ImprovementIdentify opportunities to improve engagement processes, documentation, and overall partner experience.Share feedback and ideas to streamline Product and Partnership teams operations.Contribute to building scalable systems and repeatable processes that strengthen collaboration and maximise partner value over time.What skills we're looking forExcellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills; confident engaging with a diverse, senior-level stakeholders.Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing multiple priorities.Excellent time management skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Strong strategic awareness and ability to understand and communicate technical conceptsSkilled at navigating digital tools, data-driven projects, and technical concepts.Collaborative, empathetic and aligned with Travalyst’s values of partnership and sustainability.Calm and solutions-focused in a fast-paced, cross-sector environment.Desirable: Experience with G-Suite, Salesforce, Miro and Notion (or similar project management software).Experience & Qualifications5+ years of experience as an account manager, relationship manager or project manager in a technology or digital product environment.Understanding of and interest in data-sharing, digital product development, and sustainability in travel.Passion for, or deep interest in sustainability and travel.Strong organisational and administrative skills, with a process-driven mindset.Experience working with global stakeholders and/or cross-sector collaborations is highly desirable.Prince2 practitioner (or similar) qualification is an advantage but not essential.>About UsWe believe tourism can, and must, play a key role in achieving a sustainable future for our world; so we’re convening the key players, and catalysing the necessary action, to change the impact of travel, for good.
