Epicor Functional Analyst

Responsibilities To provide subject matter expertise of the Epicor system. Understand how Epicor is used in our business and identify opportunities for this to be utilised more effectively or enhanced to improve business processes. Seeks out and tackles issues that will prevent the delivery of business benefits, facilitating open communication and discussion between stakeholders. Work with Supply Chain team as functional expert for system to resolve issues that are raised. Assist Epicor Product Manager with the management of multiple projects of varying complexities from Business Case to full deployment of new or upgraded versions of Epicor into the selected business units while identifying, assessing and managing risks to the success of the project. Work with the delivery teams in their ways of working -Scrum/Kanban/Waterfall assisting with prioritisation of user stories/tasks. Ensure SOX audit compliance. Work with third party suppliers to gather information or facilitate conversations to deliver our projects.
