DescriptionThe Change Management Analyst is responsible for the day to day management of the IT Change Management process and reportingMain Tasks:The efficient and effective operation of the IT Change Management and Service Transition processes in accordance with current policies and proceduresSupporting the Global Change and Service Transition Manager to ensure the IT Change Management process operates effectively and efficientlyWorking with other service management functions to ensure effective operation of the change and transition functionsThe production of schedules of change for managing changes to the live environmentProgressing the status of changes with service departments to ensure data is currentProviding guidance to those involved in change management and service transitionProducing change management and service transition reports as required by the change and transition processesPlanning own work to meet given objectives and processes within a clear framework of accountability while exercising substantial personal responsibility and autonomyAdhering to IT governance and controlsRequirements13 years of experience working within IT Service Management function.Has experience of delivering to to specific objectives in a similar role handling large quantities of data and/or reportingHas experience of operating agreed standardised processes in a large organisationHas practical experience of working across teams to deliver specific objectivesIs competent in the use of IT Service Management and Reporting applicationsBenefits Competitive salary Hybrid working Rentokil Initial Reward Scheme 23 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays Employee Assistance Programme Death in service benefit Healthcare Free parking At Rentokil Initial our customers and colleagues represent diverse backgrounds and experiences.
