Job DescriptionOur client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to senior leadership. This role demands exceptional administrative skills, discretion, and the ability to manage a diverse range of tasks efficiently.Responsibilities:Manage complex calendars and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including emails and phone calls.Act as a gatekeeper, liaising effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Organize and manage virtual meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing follow-up actions.Conduct research and prepare briefing materials for meetings and events.Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned by executives.Maintain confidential files and records with a high degree of discretion.Handle expense reporting and other administrative duties as required.Anticipate executive needs and proactively address potential issues.Qualifications:Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative support role.Exceptional organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion.Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to work independently. #J-18808-Ljbffr
