This newly created FP&A Manager role offers a unique opportunity to join the business at a pivotal stage and play a hands-on role in designing and embedding FP&A from the ground up.The RoleYou will be the first dedicated FP&A hire, working closely with a high-caliber CFO and leadership team. Your focus will be on building robust reporting, forward-looking analysis, and decision support to help drive value creation.Key responsibilities include:Designing and implementing a scalable FP&A frameworkDeveloping and owning budgeting and forecasting cyclesCreating insightful dashboards, KPIs, and board-ready MISupporting M&A and investment analysis as the business growsBusiness partnering with commercial and operational teams to inform strategyYou should be a strong analytical thinker who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments.
