Overview Clinical Team Leader role at Louder Than Words, 37.5 hours per week, based at Livewell Southwest, Plymouth. Responsibilities Provide inspirational and innovative clinical leadership within CAMHS and Livewell Southwest. Lead clinical, managerial and staffing needs of the Place of Safety (CYP POS) and Tier 4 Unit, coordinating Section 135/136 admissions. Supervise and mentor junior staff, delivering line management, appraisals and development plans. Deliver therapeutic programmes and plans of care, and support multidisciplinary assessments and discussions. Act as clinical role model, demonstrating high standards of nursing practice and maintaining competencies. Maintain confidentiality and prepare reports for stakeholders. Engage with families/carers and professional agencies, ensuring effective communication. Support quality improvement initiatives and audit processes. Qualifications Registered mental health or children's nurse. Minimum two years post registration experience, ideally within CAMHS.> Excellent communication, leadership and teamwork skills. Ability to manage own stress, supervise junior staff and implement training. Computer, confidential, data protection and health & safety competence. Experience Relevant post registration experience in a mental health setting. Multi-disciplinary work and experience with children and young people. Experience working with complex presentations including PTSD, psychosis, anorexia and other eating disorders. Experience in a Place of Safety or Tier 4 setting is desirable.
