Job Title: Resident Services Operational Manager Location: North West London Contract Type: Temporary (3 months ongoing) Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:00 Work Arrangement: Hybrid working Pay: £32.45 per hour Umbrella Key Responsibilities Lead housing and estate operations, ensuring quality service delivery for all residents Promote resident engagement to strengthen community cohesion Manage income collection, arrears reduction, and housing enforcement Work closely with partners, including police to tackle ASB and safeguard vulnerable residents Oversee leasehold and Right to Buy services, protecting council assets Drive continual service improvements, handle complex cases, and manage escalated complaints Monitor performance and support the delivery of resident participation strategies Requirements Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Flexible approach — ability to work evenings when required Comfortable with hybrid working and hot‑desking arrangements Relevant housing or leadership qualification (or equivalent experience) IRPM/CIH membership (or working towards) desirable Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Word & Excel PLEASE NOTE: All applications are monitored and shortlisted candidates will be contacted via phone call or email. #J-18808-Ljbffr
