Opened in December 2019, Ibis Styles is the 4th Accor property within Splendid Hospitality Group's portfolio. Situated on Great West Road, Hounslow; the hotel has taken inspiration from the architecture of West London's Golden Mile. This stylish 125-guest room hotel features glamourous Art Deco interior throughout combined with everything you expect from Ibis Styles including comfortable SweetBeds, creative design, a friendly team and great rates.

The hotel is currently operating under an exclusive use agreement from the Government and therefore our hotel operations may look slightly different to what you may be used to in a traditional hotel environment.

We are looking for a Guest Service Assistant to support and complete the day to day tasks of the departmental operations and deliver first class customer service experience for our guests and ensuring the property is safe and comfortable for our residents.

This role is a multi-tasking role, and you will be required to be adaptable to ensure that the needs of the residents are always met.

**Role in our Family**:
As a Guest Services Assistant - key to your role is:

- Ensuring the set-up of the buffet system in the restaurant area for mealtimes for residents
- Adhere to Food Safety and Hygiene practises followed
- Clearing/sanitising of tables in restaurant area and the reception area
- To maintain the reception, food and beverage outlets, public areas, stores, back office, staff room and outside areas in a clean and tidy condition.
- Deal with any resident queries in a polite and friendly manner
- Ensure necessary handover of information is passed on to the oncoming shift
- To clearly communicate with other departments to ensure mínimal impact on resident service.
- received and pack the delivery away.
- Assist with kitchen duties.
