We’re looking for a Head of Private Credit Product to lead the design, development and management of innovative private credit products that meet client needs and support our strategic ambitions.This senior leadership role will shape product strategy, manage a talented team, and collaborate across the business to deliver market-leading solutions.What you’ll be doingLeading the design and delivery of private credit products across multiple jurisdictionsManaging and developing a high‑performing team, fostering an inclusive and collaborative cultureDriving product strategy and lifecycle management to support commercial growthCoordinating cross‑functional projects and ensuring timely delivery of product initiativesEmbedding robust governance and compliance standards across all product activitiesEngaging with internal stakeholders and external partners to build strong relationshipsAnalysing market trends and competitor activity to inform product developmentProviding technical expertise on private credit structures, regulation and operational requirementsWho we’re looking forProven experience in private markets product strategy, development and managementStrong technical knowledge of private credit investment strategies and product structuresDeep understanding of regulatory frameworks, including AIFMD, across multiple jurisdictionsTrack record of delivering complex projects and managing product lifecyclesExcellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior levelsLeadership experience with the ability to develop and motivate diverse teamsCommercial awareness and strategic thinking to drive business growthProfessional qualifications such as IMC, CFA or CAIA (or equivalent) highly desirableBenefitsThe opportunity to participate in our annual, performance‑related bonus plan and valuable share schemesGenerous pension contributionLife assuranceHealthcare plan (permanent employees only)At least 25 days holiday, plus public holidays; 26 days after 2 years’ service; option to buy and sell holidayCompetitive family leaveParticipation in our electric car scheme, offering employees the option to hire a brand‑new electric car through tax‑efficient salary sacrifice (permanent employees only)Various discounts on our products and at a range of high‑street stores and onlineWorkspaces redesigned in 2023 to foster collaboration and wellbeingWe care passionately about outcomes rather than attendance and are therefore open to discussing all kinds of flexible working options including part‑time, term‑time and job shares.
