We’re looking for a Head of Private Credit Product to lead the design, development and management of innovative private credit products that meet client needs and support our strategic ambitions. This is a senior leadership role where you’ll shape product strategy, manage a talented team, and collaborate across the business to deliver market-leading solutions.What you’ll be doing:Leading the design and delivery of private credit products across multiple jurisdictionsManaging and developing a high-performing team, fostering an inclusive and collaborative cultureDriving product strategy and lifecycle management to support commercial growthCoordinating cross-functional projects and ensuring timely delivery of product initiativesEmbedding robust governance and compliance standards across all product activitiesEngaging with internal stakeholders and external partners to build strong relationshipsAnalysing market trends and competitor activity to inform product developmentProviding technical expertise on private credit structures, regulation and operational requirementsQualificationsWho we’re looking for:Proven experience in private markets product strategy, development and managementStrong technical knowledge of private credit investment strategies and product structuresDeep understanding of regulatory frameworks, including AIFMD, across multiple jurisdictionsTrack record of delivering complex projects and managing product lifecyclesExcellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior levelsLeadership experience with the ability to develop and motivate diverse teamsCommercial awareness and strategic thinking to drive business growthProfessional qualifications such as IMC, CFA or CAIA (or equivalent) highly desirableWhatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
