Serving as the knowledge leader on partner and client enablement, leveraging internal resources such as the Help Centre and CXOne processes. Analysing data and insights to identify trends, measure impact, and continuously refine enablement strategies. Proactively identifying opportunities for optimisation and innovation, driving change initiatives that strengthen business performance. Building strong, trusted relationships with partners and clients to align our solutions with their strategic objectives. Have you got what it takes? 5+ years’ experience in partner or client management roles, ideally within technology or SaaS industries. Proven success in managing strategic initiatives, process optimisation, and cross‑functional collaboration. Experience working with Global Systems Integrator (GSI) partners, particularly in deployment, configuration, and integration. A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience). Demonstrated expertise in designing and executing enablement strategies that drive measurable partner and client success. Enjoy NICE‑FLEX At NICE, we work according to the NICE‑FLEX hybrid model, which enables maximum flexibility : 2 days working from the office and 3 days of remote work, each week.
