OverviewBuilding Surveyor role at Sedgwick. Sedgwick Commercial Surveying & Design is seeking a Building Surveyor to join our diverse team of Chartered Building Surveyors, Technicians, and RIBA Architects. This role is based in or around the North England region. The position is permanent with a competitive salary based on skills, experience, and qualifications.Sedgwick is recognised for its culture and opportunities, and this role offers the chance to advance your career and contribute to a team focused on property restoration and loss adjustment. ResponsibilitiesLead projects to reinstate commercial properties after damage, with project values ranging from £50k to £5m. Depending on project size, you may work alone or lead a small team with QSs, Engineers, and Architects.Produce technical reports, diagnose defects, prepare Schedule of Works, Tender documents, contract administration, and project management.Provide professional reports within tight deadlines, manage workload, and make decisions under pressure.
