We challenge ourselves constantly to deliver more for patients, healthcare professionals, our partners, and our employees. ****The Team****The Clinical Development Associate will join the Clinical Development team in Cambridge on a 1-year fixed-term contract. This role is ideal for a recent postgraduate or early-career professional with a strong interest in clinical research, data analysis, and medical writing. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting clinical development activities, with a particular focus on data-driven insights, operational coordination, and scientific documentation.****Role and Responsibilities***** Analyse published clinical and medical data across the company’s portfolio, supported by advanced AI tools.* Assist in the preparation of documents for regulatory submissions, and internal presentation.* Support content creation for clinical documents including investigator brochures, clinical study reports, and regulatory correspondence.* Ensure scientific accuracy and compliance with applicable guidelines and standards.* Maintain accurate records and contribute to the development of standard operating procedures and templates.* Support the team in preparing for audits and inspections.* Co-ordinate activities relating to HCP and vendor engagement.****What you’ll bring***** Bachelor or Masters degree or equivalent in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine, or a related field.* Strong analytical skills and familiarity with Microsoft365.* Previous Veeva CRM experience would be advantageous but not essential* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.* Clear scientific writing and slide‑building skills; ability to synthesize complex data for non‑statistical audiences.* Prior experience in clinical research or medical writing is desirable but not required.* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.****What we offer in return***** Opportunity to contribute to impactful clinical research projects.* Exposure to cross-functional teams and global clinical development processes.* Mentorship and training in clinical operations, data analysis, and medical writing.* Flexible benefits package* Opportunities for learning & development through our varied programme* Collaborative, inclusive work environment****Diversity and inclusion****Building an inclusive environment where people can thrive, grow and achieve their full potential is a priority.
