Operational Excellence Follow all site policies and Assignment Instructions (AI's) Adjust to changing site needs and suggest ways to improve service Always work within industry guidelines, displaying correct licences Training & Development Complete mandatory training to keep your skills sharp Embrace additional learning opportunities to advance your careerMake use of technology to stay up to date on processes Renew your SIA licence 16 weeks before expiry Security & Safety Spot and report Health & Safety risks immediately Stay alert to suspicious behaviour or security threats Log incidents accurately and follow the correct reporting procedures Make required check calls on time Communicate professionally with customers, colleagues, emergency services and the Mitie Communications Centre What You’ll Bring Previous security experience Valid SIA licence (SC clearance a bonus) Strong communication skills & attention to detail Calm, reliable and able to think clearly under pressure Proactive mindset with excellent decision‑making Ready to Join Us?
