Holiday Support Security Officer

**As a Holiday support Security Officer with Amulet you will form part of a security team covering a rolling roster of days and nights and late shifts. Shift times range from 11 to 12 hour shifts on a rolling rota**

**Job Objective & Responsibilities**:
The retail environment is thriving centre of both retail and leisure units where the security team play a paramount role in the experience of our visitors making their stay safe and enjoyable. You will form a key part of our team bringing experience in pressure situations and handling security incidents as well as being a leader in customer service delivery.
- The main focus of this role will be to deliver excellence through establishing and enforcing robust security policies and procedures. The customer experience should be at the heart of everything you do.
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal

- Smart, well-groomed and confident
- Experienced in Conflict Management
- Experienced in responding to security incidents
- SIA Door Supervisor/Security Guard licence
- Familiar with patrolling and monitoring busy environments
- Confident in complying with Health & Safety and fire prevention procedures

**Health & Safety Responsibilities**:

- Always follow Amulet Group and company policies and procedures;
- Report any apparent deficiencies in systems of work or equipment provided that may result in failure of service delivery or risk to health and safety or the environment;
- Use all work equipment and personal PPE properly and in accordance with training received;
- Report any issues or training needs to your Line manager and /or via your divisional incident reporting system;
