Contract and Location Contract Type: Permanent 40 Hours Per Week Salary: £40,400 per annum plus bonus Location: DPD Cardiff, Wentloog Corporate Park, Wentloog Road, Rumney, Cardiff, CF3 2ER Days of Work: Sunday – Thursday Hours of Work: 11:00 – 19:30 Job Description We are recruiting an experienced Shift Manager to strengthen our depot operations management team. Your key responsibility is to achieve depot objectives in operational, compliance, financial, customer service and HR tasks through effective employee management and maintenance of company operating standards. Key Responsibilities Ensure company target for Premium Service is achieved. Ensure zero Exceptions. Ensure company target for Collection Service is achieved. Ensure company target for Delivery ETAs is achieved. Qualifications Experience in a fast paced operation with proven people management experience. Strong communication skills with ability to inspire, motivate and manage a team. Decisive and effective decision‑making, problem resolution and time management skills. High levels of resilience, self‑motivation and flexibility. Excellent computer skills with Google Chrome applications. Comprehensive reporting and data analysis skills.
