City of Westminster, United Kingdom We Are With You Full time

Working in the People team at WithYou brings something new every day – we are ready to listen and support, ready to help our managers find solutions, on hand to provide expert advice, and always thinking about how we can provide the best employee experience. We are excited to recruit an experienced HR professional for the role of Employee Relations Specialist, a full‑time permanent home‑based position with some travel and a salary of up to £40,000 per annum. Responsibilities Ensure that People advice is in line with organisational policies, best practice and employment legislation to minimise risk to the organisation. Act as a mentor and coach to People Advisers, supporting their growth and ensuring employment law and practice knowledge is consistently up to date. Serve as the escalation point for contentious complex cases and oversee case management of potential gross misconduct or dismissals, ensuring that case work is managed robustly, fairly, timely and in a legally compliant manner. Support line managers with People matters. As an organisation, we continue to build an inclusive culture that encourages, supports and celebrates the diverse voices and experiences of our staff. We know that representing the communities we serve is key to us meeting our vision of a future where everyone lives a life free from the harm associated with drugs and alcohol. We welcome the unique contributions that you can bring and we encourage people from underrepresented communities and backgrounds to apply to join our team, including people with lived experience, people with disabilities, people from racialised communities, LGBTQ+ people, people of all ages and armed forces veterans. #J-18808-Ljbffr
