Job Details Location: CreweHours: Mon‑Fri 08:30‑18:00, Sat 09:00‑17:00, Sun 11:00‑15:00 on a rota basisSalary: Up to £50,000 OTE (including £25,000 basic plus uncapped commission) Responsibilities Communicating with customers via email, telephone and in person Achieving sales targets and minimum profit objectives, including finance and insurance products Arranging and accompanying customers on test drives Completing mandatory paperwork and processes as required Driving the sales process by converting leads into sales and maximizing appointments Representing the brand with enthusiasm and a genuine passion for driving Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a dedication to flawless customer service, and a passion for the motor trade industry. Previous experience in a sales position, particularly within the automotive sector, is essential. Hold a full UK driving licence and be comfortable driving high‑profile vehicles.
