Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Account Manager role based in Perth. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing accounts. Daily tasks include providing excellent customer support, addressing client inquiries, identifying customer needs, and offering tailored solutions. The role also requires collaboration with internal teams to meet client expectations and resolve issues effectively.
