Graduate Teaching Assistant

Are you a recent graduate looking to start your career in education? The Education Network is recruiting enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Teaching Assistants to support a range of primary and secondary schools across Bradford.
This is an excellent opportunity for aspiring teachers, psychologists, or those looking to gain valuable classroom experience before moving into teacher training or further study. You will work alongside experienced school staff, supporting pupils in lessons, small groups, and on a one-to-one basis.
Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting teaching and learning across the curriculum
Assisting pupils who may need additional academic or pastoral support
Helping to create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom organisation
Building strong, supportive relationships with both students and staffWe are looking for someone who:

Holds a degree in any subject
Has a passion for working with young people
Is confident, proactive, and willing to learn
Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
Can work effectively as part of a team
