Green Flag has a legacy of being a strong brand in the Rescue market and we are looking for an enthusiastic and self‑motivated pricer to join our exciting team as we look to grow our brands and offerings.What you’ll be doingReporting into the Portfolio Optimisation lead; develop price trading capability supporting trading initiatives, identify price trading opportunities and oversee performance.Interrogate data & review risk performance, highlighting threats & opportunities.Support trading activity including proposals testing & PIRs and build optimisation strategies enabling delivery of positive trading outcomes.Conduct trading MI reporting & processes to support positive customer and pricing outcomes.Support on modelling outcomes and model performance / implementation.Analyse & propose pricing changes, overseeing the process through to deployment.Liaise with trading teams to deliver great customer and commercial outcomes.Work closely with the pricing & underwriting team to deliver great pricing & underwriting outcomes.Adhere to relevant pricing controls.What you’ll needExperience pricing a personal lines insurance product in a price trading or modelling capability.Understanding of modelling processes and concepts and the link with risk / retail pricing.Strong SQL skills.Strong stakeholder management skills.Experience working in Python or SageMaker desirable but not essential.Ability to innovate & work in a fast‑paced environment working with a breadth of initiatives.Experience working to budgets & developing business cases for capability enhancement.Benefits9% employer contributed pension50% off home motor and pet insurance plus Green Flag breakdown coverAdditional optional Health and Dental insuranceUp to 10% AIP BonusEV car scheme allows all colleagues to lease a brand new electric or plug‑in hybrid car in a tax efficient way.Generous holidaysBuy as you earn share schemeEmployee discounts and cashbackWe want everyone to get the most out of their time at DLG.
