Green Flag have a legacy of being a strong brand in the Rescue market were looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated underwriter to join our exciting team as we look to grow our brands and offerings.What youll be doing:Reporting into the Pricing & Underwriting Portfolio & Optimisation lead key responsibilities will include:Support analysis and monitoring of the Rescue Products performanceAssessing Underwriting criteria wordings & emerging risksEnacting and enhancing our underwriting controlsReview and maintain our underwriting documentation and product detailsLiaising with our trading teams to deliver great customer and commercial outcomesWorking closely with our claims & operation teams to manage indemnity controlDealing with underwriting referrals Our hybrid model offers a best of both worlds approach. When youll be in the office depends on your role and team but colleagues spend 50% of their time in the office.What youll need:Strong technical underwriting expertise Understanding of relevant insurance regulations & legislationCuriosity and willingness to learnStrong numeracy and analytical skillsUnderstanding of indemnity controlAbility to innovate & work in a fast paced environment working with a breadth of initiativesAttention to detail and good organisational skills.
