Based at our Brecon office, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrative Assistant to join the team on a full‑time, permanent contract. You’ll work closely with colleagues across the office to deliver centralised administrative support while also being the welcoming face of our front‑of‑house team. The role is 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm. What will you be doing? Be the face of Redkite: Welcome clients, colleagues, and visitors with professionalism and warmth, whether in person or over the phone. Keep things running smoothly: Manage administrative enquiries efficiently, ensuring our high standards of client care are always upheld. Support the team's success: Assist with file‑opening, scanning, printing, posting, and a wide range of essential office tasks that keep the firm moving forward. Take ownership of organisation: Support colleagues with maintaining organised records and systems, contributing to the smooth operation of the office. Requirements Strong IT skills: Confident with data management systems and the full Microsoft Office Suite. Attention to detail: Excellent accuracy, communication skills, and client care. Time management: Able to prioritise and meet deadlines in a busy environment. Team player: Collaborative, with a willingness to learn from and support others.
