Role Details Role Title: Graduate Project Manager Start Date: September 2026 Location: Manchester Job Description This is an exciting opportunity to join our expanding Project Management Team. You will work with high-performing teams to solve problems in water, environment, infrastructure, defence, energy, and international development. You will join the existing Project and Cost Management team and be involved in managing projects with high-profile clients and stakeholders across UK disciplines to deliver successful projects. As a Graduate Project Manager, you will deliver high-quality services and support the delivery of multiple projects through the full project lifecycle. Responsibilities Assisting in delivering projects with values ranging from £1m to £500m across Public and Private sectors Preparing tender and contract documents Ensuring internal governance is adhered to Assisting in the management and delivery of construction projects Assisting in the development of works and resource management Controlling project costs Managing project risk Facilitating project progress meetings with the project team Implementing change control management Client and Stakeholder liaison Eligibility for Government Security Clearance Supporting senior staff in delivering business objectives Qualifications/Skills A minimum 2:1 degree in Project Management or construction-related degree Experience in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint Experience in using Microsoft Teams, Project (preferred) Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills Self-motivated, professional and ethical business approach Team player, able to deliver multiple projects to deadlines while building relationships Suitability for Security clearance Flexibility to travel domestically and overseas if required Full, clean UK driving licence and ideally access to a vehicle Application Timeline Application Closing Date: 31 October 2025 Assessment Centre: February 2026 Working Style We value flexibility where possible, focusing on outputs.
