Join us for the most impactful role of your career—and the best job you’ve ever had.ResponsibilitiesDefine and refine MRV protocols for soil-based carbon storage in regenerative agriculture systems and other ecosystems (grasslands, forests, etc.).Work with digital MRV companies to integrate emergent technologies into the soil carbon crediting process.Conduct literature reviews, analyze supplier data and apply modeling techniques.Collaborate with research partners and mentor team members.QualificationsPhD in soil science, biogeochemistry, environmental sciences, or a related field with expertise in soil carbon dynamics and storage.Minimum 1 year in post-graduate work.Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality results.Clear communication skills.Proven ability to approach complex challenges with curiosity and a solution-oriented mindset.Bonus: Experience with soil carbon projects, from the supplier, registry, or MRV perspective.Eligibility/NotesThis role isn’t for you if: You want a remote job.
