We have an exciting opportunity in our Thamesmead Kidney Treatment Centre for a nurse who wants to make a difference in our patients lives and take on the role of Senior Nurse. You will provide patient care according to Diaverum procedures with the aim to increase the quality of life for our patients. A comprehensive professional training programme will be provided to you, including on-the-job training, e-learning and access to our in-house education programmed Academy.Main duties of the jobOur senior nurses are responsible for undertaking the role of Nurse in Charge and when required deputise for the clinic manager; provide a mentorship approach to the team, empowering patients, qualified nurses and other staff to share knowledge and skills. You will take ownership of care programmes for renal patients and perform patient assessments throughout treatment ensuring great care is provided at all times.
