Art Technician

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, positive and professional Art Technician to join a vibrant and happy school. The successful candidate will be well‑qualified, highly organised, self‑motivated and committed. They will be confident, have well‑developed interpersonal skills and be able to work as part of a team. The purpose of this role is to support teaching staff with the day‑to‑day running of the department, such as preparing resources, cleaning equipment, ordering and sorting stock, and supporting students on a 1:1 basis primarily at KS4 or those that have joined our school outside of the normal transition periods, so that they feel part of our school community and the impact of moving schools on their learning is kept to a minimum. This is a maternity cover post.
