Join to apply for the Maintenance Manager role at Point A Hotels Overview We are currently looking for a maintenance manager to join our fun and dynamic team. Based at our Point A Hotel Shoreditch which has 181 rooms. The applicant will need to have a proven record and experience in delivering a well-maintained and safe environment, being the first point of contact and accountable for reactive and planned maintenance tasks within the hotel. This role reports to the hotel manager and is supported by a cluster maintenance manager and an experienced support team from around the estate. The working pattern is rota-based, 40 hours per week. Hands-on experience in solving maintenance issues in a customer-focused environment is essential. Experience in managing a varied subcontractor team to deliver first-time cost-effective solutions is also a key attribute. Areas of responsibility Working closely with the Front Desk and Housekeeping teams to carry out reactive maintenance tasks. Training team members in emergency procedures. Manage our sub-contractor base. Work with our computerised PPM and compliance platform. Effectively prioritise your workload. Maintain a healthy and safe environment for our guests and team members.
