OverviewThe Employment Services Program Support Specialist provides comprehensive administrative and human resources support to service members, veterans, and their families. This role ensures efficient coordination of employment services, data management, and event support across Indiana Army National Guard (INARNG) programs.ResponsibilitiesMaintain spreadsheets, schedules, appointments, and document archivesPrepare, proofread, and finalize recurring and ad hoc documentsTrack communications via phone and email logs for employment service inquiriesReview and validate qualification standards, rating schedules, and application materialsSupport Employment and Community Engagement Events across INARNG commandsProvide employment placement services and conduct follow-ups at 30-, 60-, and 90-day intervalsAdminister employment program paperwork and assist with J1 program resourcesInput and monitor data in employment assistance databases; analyze trends and outcomesEnsure compliance with local, state, and federal policiesOffer guidance, training, and mentorship to job-seeking service members and veteransAssist in developing presentations, tracking tools, and database inputsAttend staff meetings and contribute to program developmentValid Driver’s License (required)QualificationsAssociate’s degree preferred; prior Army or Air National Guard experience highly desirableStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsDemonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writingProficiency with administrative tools and familiarity with HR processesInteragency Readiness Solutions, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
