We pride ourselves on our innovation, product reliability, and a strong commitment to customer service.We are seeking a skilled and motivated Design Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the full product lifecycle, from concept and prototyping through to manufacturing and testing. You will play a key role in developing innovative pressure regulation solutions to meet evolving customer and industry needs.DUTIES INCLUDEDesign and develop precision pressure control products using Autodesk Inventor 3D CAD softwareProduce and maintain detailed engineering drawings, BOMs, and technical documentationCollaborate with manufacturing, sales, and quality teams to ensure design feasibility and performanceConduct design reviews, FEA simulations, and DFMEA assessmentsSupport the development of prototypes and manage design validation/testingContribute to continuous improvement initiatives and cost-reduction projectsProvide technical support to customers and internal stakeholdersREQUIREMENTSDegree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline (HND/HNC with experience also considered)Proficient in 3D CAD, specifically Autodesk Inventor2+ years' experience in a mechanical design role, ideally in pressure equipment, valves, or precision componentsKnowledge of manufacturing processes including CNC machining, turning, and assemblyUnderstanding of materials (particularly stainless steel) and pressure system standards (e.g., PED, ASME)Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skillsExperience with FEA, CFD, or fluid system analysis (DESIRABLE)Familiarity with ISO 9001 and design control procedures (DESIRABLE)Practical hands-on skills for working with prototypes and test setups (DESIRABLE)Passion for innovation and a continuous improvement mindset (DESIRABLE)Join Pressure Tech and help shape the future of precision gas control solutions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
