OverviewSEN Teacher – Brent – Available ASAP. SEN Teacher required for the London Borough of Brent. QTS/QTLS is required; not suitable for ECTs. Enhanced DBS on the update service is required. Availability to start ASAP is needed. Experience with ASD, ADHD and strong behaviour management is preferred.ResponsibilitiesDeliver lessons to KS2–KS4 students with diverse SEN including ASD, ADHD, SEMH and complex needs.Maintain strong behaviour management to support a positive learning environment.Collaborate with school staff to support students with SEN and ensure appropriate provision.QualificationsQualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Qualified Teacher Status with Leadership (QT S L) – non negotiable; not suitable for ECTs.More than 2 years of teaching experience.Experience in an SEN school or alternative provision is preferred.Enhanced DBS on the update service.The SchoolThe school is an SEN school in the London Borough of Brent, catering for students aged 3–19.
