Responsibilities Always ensure high standards of cleanliness within our home, working closely with maintenance and management teams to ensure every room is well looked after. Lead by example, vacuum, mop floors, polish and generally ensure the up‑keep of all communal areas and our resident's bedrooms. Supervise housekeeping and laundry assistants; manage staff rotas, training, and ensure that all housekeeping and domestic items are in stock or replenished accordingly. Key Skills / Qualifications Experience in a housekeeping role, always completing work to high standards and taking pride in maintaining an organised environment. Strong communication skills, able to confidently lead and motivate a team to deliver the best service while also working independently, prioritising and delegating tasks where necessary. Approachable and caring, enjoying getting to know each of our residents and working closely with other teams.
