As part of this exciting expansion, we’re looking for empathetic, confident professionals to join us and help shape the future of our direct-to-consumer services.What You’ll Be DoingCustomer Conversations & GuidanceRespond to inbound calls, web enquiries, and follow-up leadsUnderstand customer needs through active listening and thoughtful questionsRecommend the most suitable service package based on individual needsSupport customers through sign-up and onboarding with clarity and careCustomer ExperienceProvide reassurance and clear guidance to customers and their familiesDeliver exceptional service with sensitivity, especially to elderly or vulnerable individualsEnsure customers fully understand pricing, features, and next stepsCompliance & AccuracySet up accounts and Direct Debit payments with precisionEnsure all interactions meet data protection and payment regulationsKeep accurate records in our CRM systemRetention & QualityPromote quality sign-ups that stay active beyond onboardingSupport retention activities like care-check calls and proactive follow-upsWhat You’ll BringExperience in customer engagementStrong communication and influencing skillsConfidence in guiding customers through decisions while maintaining trustEmpathy and professionalism when speaking with vulnerable peopleFlexibility to work shifts including evenings and weekendsBackground in healthcare, alarm monitoring, insurance, telecoms or financial sectorFamiliarity with Direct Debit or subscription-based servicesExperience supporting elderly or vulnerable customers (training provided)What You’ll ReceiveCompetitive salary with uncapped commissionShift premiums for evenings and weekendsFull training in product, customer support, compliance and safeguardingCareer progression as our B2C team growsA meaningful role — every conversation helps someone live safely and independentlyWorking PatternStandard office hoursEvening shifts (up to 11pm)Ready to make a real difference with every conversation?Join Careium UK as a Customer Engagement Advisor, and help shape the future of independent living. #J-18808-Ljbffr
