The employer needs support to move around inside and outside his home environment. He uses a manual wheelchair.The employer would like his Personal Assistant (PA) to support him with things that he enjoys. The employer is very sociable and would like the companionship of a PA when his partner is not present. The employer has a great knowledge of sport, building/construction works and wildlife. He loves comedy and music.
